BAKING TIME: CIPRIANI MERINGUE CAKE

  5. Vierta la mezcla en el molde y hornee en un horno precalentado hasta que el pastel esté dorado, unos 20-25 minutos.
  6. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar durante unos 30 minutos.
  7. Retire el pastel del molde y córtalo en 4 capas con un cuchillo largo.
  8. Vierta la crema espesa y la crema pastelera en la batidora y mezcle hasta que esté muy rígida.
  9. Rellene cada capa del pastel hasta terminar.
  10. En este punto, comience a hacer el merengue, vierta las claras de huevo en la batidora, agregue el azúcar y el jugo de limón y bata hasta que el merengue esté muy espeso y brillante.
  11. Extienda una gran cantidad de merengue sobre y alrededor del pastel con una espátula.

  10. At this point start making the meringue, pour the egg whites into the mixer, add the sugar and the lemon juice and beat until the meringue is very thick and glossy.
  11. Spread a large quantity of meringue over and around the cake with a spatula.
