ACEITES QUE REVITALIZAN TU CABELLO

by Fer Medina

Hair complements our style, we can straight it, curl it, braid it and much more; all this varies depending on what we are wearing and we want to project. Without a doubt hair is one of the most versatile tools to express ourselves. Despite this, when subjected to so many changes it gets damaged little by little and if we do not take care of it, it can become dry and brittle.

A secret weapon for hair care is oils, which hydrate and give it their essential properties so you can have a fabulous hair.

First we have the holy grail of hair oils, argan oil. This oil is present in many beauty products as it is rich in vitamins B, E and essential fatty acids that help protect and repair your hair from the damage caused by the straightener and curling iron.

We continue with coconut oil, this is good for the hair because it´s rich in fats that help to repair it. In addition, it reduces dandruff, prevents breakage and cleanses hair from the artificial chemicals we apply.

In addition, there is olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fats, ideal for hair, skin and nails care. This is because it´s a great source of vitamin E, which gives hair shine and makes it more resistant to breakage.

Finally, we have hemp oil, which can be used for both skin and hair. This pleasant smell oil reduces hair breakage and increases its growth.
