La nueva colección de joyería de Dior, se inspira en el famoso palacio de Versailles con sus amplios y hermosos jardines, y su arquitectura ostentosa con salones hermosamente decorados al estilo arquitectónico barroco francés.
La diseñadora de joyería para la casa Dior Victorie de Castellane nos dice: “Si hay una sola imagen de Versalles que domina para mí, es la idea de joyas iluminadas por velas. Ese tipo de luz es simplemente maravillosa, pero quería ilustrarla a través del prisma de la memoria y no interpretarla literalmente”. Zarcillos, anillos y collares, todos elaborados con técnicas de joyerías de la época, traídas al mundo moderno para así crear piezas únicas y fabulosas.
Como no inspirarse a crear las piezas más hermosas y fabulosas con los espacios que alberga el Palacio de Versailles. Desde la Galeries de Glases, pasando por el Salon de Venus hasta el Salon de L´Abondance, todos se ven reflejados en las deslumbrantes creaciones de Castellane que nos hacen suspirar.

The new Dior jewelery collection is inspired by the famous palace of Versailles with its large and beautiful gardens, and its ostentatious architecture with lounges beautifully decorated in the French baroque architectural style.
The jewelry designer for the house of Dior, Victorie de Castellane tells us: “If there’s a single image of Versailles that dominates for me, it’s the idea of jewelry illuminated by candlelight. That kind of light is just marvelous, but I wanted to illustrate it through the prism of memory and not interpret it literally”. Earrings, rings and necklaces were all elaborated with antique jewelry techniques brought to the modern world to create unique and fabulous pieces.
